Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage tailoring and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Locate the returns form included within your original delivery and indicate the reason for your return or your preference for an exchange.

• 2.
  Securely Package Your Items

  Ensure that all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact, and place them back into their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the provided pre-paid return shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or post office, and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
